The 200 sq ft Conference Room at Createscape is a creative meeting space that is perfect for meetings, training, and workshops. An original wall mural surrounds a custom-built bowling alley table, comfortably seating 6-8. Extra chairs, whiteboard, and TV/display for presentations are included. The 145 sq ft Studio Space can be used as a private meeting room, basic photo studio, or classroom. The meeting room layout is the default layout and includes a TV/display, whiteboard, table, and chairs comfortably seating 6-8. For the photo studio layout (perfect for product shoots, headshots, or small productions), the room is equipped with seamless paper backdrops (white, gray, black, and greenscreen) which can be rolled down in front of a 9 ft wall, as well as basic three-point studio lighting. For the classroom setup, the table can be removed and additional chairs and/or a podium can be brought in for a speaker setup seating 12.

This is a 750 square foot office suite with high ceilings, perfect for private meeting use. It has its own entry on the front of Tillery Street and it set up with tables/chairs, projector, whiteboards, and TV monitor display. There is also a breakout space in the back with a second whiteboard, couch, table and chairs, coffee station, mini fridge, and printer. It includes all the other coworking office amenities as well: high speed wifi, free onsite parking, kitchen use, free coffee and tea and filtered water, and outdoor seating. There are more chairs and you are welcome to re-arrange anything across the large room. It also has windows and high ceilings with a good amount of natural light.
